If you already have the frames or an old pair of glasses and need to renew the lenses we have the solution for you.
Your frames must be in good condition. This is a lens replacement service, not a service for repairing damage to the structure of your glasses.
Once you place your order, you will receive a label to send us your frames. If the lenses require a prescription, you can upload it directly when placing your order. After purchase, we will contact you by email to coordinate the shipment of your glasses frames to our labs at no charge for fitting your lenses. Once mounting is finished, they will be shipped right away. This whole process takes approximately 3 to 7 business days.
Shipments within the Metropolitan Region (RM) are made the same day or within 24 hours, and in mainland Chile within 24 to 48 hours.
For Standard prescription lenses, allow 1 extra day.
For premium lab lenses, allow 5 to 7 days.
