We ship from Chile to anywhere in the world with DHL Express.
Free shipping over USD 150
Orders over USD 150 ship free. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by customs in your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility, so we recommend checking them before you order. Bonoboss has no part in that process.
Processing times
Times are in business days (Monday to Friday) and do not include courier transit time.
- Prescription glasses with standard lenses: 24 to 72 business hours.
- Lenses with special coatings or tints: 4 to 7 business days on average.
- Premium lab lenses (Rodenstock, Essilor Luxottica): up to 14 business days.
- Pre-order products: the timeframe is shown in the product description.
Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. (Chile time) on a business day, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed on the next business day.
Transit and delays
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery time depends on the destination and on DHL. During peak periods (Black Friday, Cyber sales, Christmas) carriers may take longer. Delays that happen while the order is with the carrier are not Bonoboss's responsibility, but we will help with all the information needed to get your order to you as soon as possible.
