We don't do this type of repair.
Broken frames, whether acetate or plastic, don't end up properly repaired, so we don't do that type of work.
Yes, of course. Go to the product "I have my frames" and purchase it, and we'll contact you so you can send us the glasses.
It depends: did you fall asleep on them, or leave them in the car in 40-degree summer heat? Just kidding. Yes, they can be repaired. The cost is US$19.90 and covers disassembly and tune-up only. It does not include replacing any part or straightening the hinges.
Yes! If they're Bonoboss, of course, even if they end up looking like Frankenstein (temples from another model). We can fix them; the price is the same as a pair of temples. If they're from other brands, we need to evaluate them. Send us a WhatsApp message so we can help you and take a look!
