Contest Basis
#CyberWithSense Bonoboss
- ORGANIZER AND OBJECT OF THE COMPETITION.
Bonoboss will carry out a contest aimed at its entire community called "# CyberConSentido " (hereinafter, the CONTEST ), in order to encourage participation and interaction on Bonoboss's Instagram profile and the promotion of its solidarity campaign in favor of Live Happier Foundation.
- TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND APPLICATION OF THE PROMOTION.
The CONTEST will take place within Chile, for Instagram users residing in the country.
- TEMPORARY SCOPE.
The period of participation in the COMPETITION will begin on Monday, August 31, 2020 and will end on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, both days included.
- FREE NATURE OF THE CONTEST.
The CONTEST will be carried out under the modality of "Free CONTEST", that is, participation in this CONTEST will not imply any expense for the participant.
- COMMUNICATION OF THE COMPETITION.
This contest will be communicated during the period in which it is active through the Instagram page ( https://www.instagram.com/bonobosscl/ ) .
- LEGITIMATED PERSONS AND MECHANICS OF THE COMPETITION.
To compete, participants have two options:
- Upload a story using a Bonoboss product with the hashtag #CyberConSentido and tag @Bonobosscl.
- Share the story of the solidarity campaign for the Vivir Más Happier Foundation with the hashtag #CyberConSentido and tag @Bonobosscl.
Bonoboss will randomly select 24 daily winners (72 total) from among eligible shared images. Each user can participate more than once, but can only win one prize.
- PRIZE
The 72 winning users will receive 1 sunglasses. The model will be chosen exclusively by Bonoboss, without change by the winners.
The prize will be sent through a national courier service and must be paid for by the winner.
The value of shipping in Santiago is $3,500
The value of the shipment in Regions is $4,900

If the winner wants to pick up their product at the Providencia Drugstore, they can do so for free, but beforehand they must wait for confirmation of the date and time from Bonoboss, because due to the health emergency they want to avoid crowds.
- WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The list of winners will be published once a day during August 31, September 1 and 2, on the official Bonoboss account on Instagram ( https://www.instagram.com/bonobosscl/ ) .
The contact of the winners will be through an internal message through the Instagram account.
The winners will have a maximum period of 24 hours to contact Bonoboss, otherwise the prize will be raffled again.
- CESSION OF RIGHTS
The simple fact of participating in this mechanism means assigning to Bonoboss all intellectual or industrial property rights, existing or that may be derived, from the photographs posted with the aforementioned hashtag, due to their participation in this contest. Bonoboss may freely use these images on its web pages, as well as in other publications, both online and offline.
10.- RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Bonoboss reserves the possibility of rejecting the registration of those participants whose data is not complete or whose participations do not meet the requirements to be able to enter the contest.
Bonoboss reserves the right to make changes that result in the successful completion of the CONTEST, when there is just cause or reasons of force majeure that prevent it from being completed in the manner described in these rules.
11.- ACCEPTANCE
Participation in the COMPETITION implies, by itself, the acceptance of these bases. The lack of this acceptance by the participant will lead to the exclusion of their participation in the COMPETITION.
