All free shipments are made through the best courier that we have for your commune.

We ship worldwide through DHL and offer free shipping within Continental Chile for purchases over $39,000.

International purchases could be affected by taxes, it is important that you inform yourself before making your purchase. This is charged by each country's customs and Bonoboss has no party in this process. Delivery times are considered as business days, and orders will be delivered exclusively between Monday and Friday.

For purchases less than or equal to $39,000, the system will calculate the value of the dispatch, which must be paid at the time of check out.

The delivery time is between 24 to 72 business hours for the communes within Santiago. For the rest of Chile it could take between 2 and 5 business days depending on where you are.

Optical glasses take between 3 to 15 business days to be delivered to the delivery courier. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, it is the production time in the laboratory. The delivery days of the courier are independent of the time it takes to make the optical lenses in the workshop.
For pre-sale products, the delivery time will be indicated in the product description.

Delivery times depend on the commune where the final recipient is, these times may vary on dates such as Cyberday, Black Friday or Christmas, we work to arrive on time but this can be affected by courier overloads. Shipments are operated by DHL or Correos de Chile, and Bonoboss is not responsible for any delays that may occur in delivery times once the courier has received the cargo.

Delays that may occur as a result of the Pandemic or Cyber ​​Day by the courier are the sole responsibility of said company, Bonoboss will be in charge of supporting the courier at all times with information so that the parcels are delivered in a timely manner.

For free shipments, two delivery attempts are made, if they are not successful the customer must cancel the shipment associated with his commune.

We have enabled the possibility of withdrawing in store, the availability of withdrawing in store will be from 24 to 48 business hours after your purchase, if it is a weekend or a holiday, the purchase is estimated to be made on the business day following the purchase. To make the withdrawal it is necessary to present the identification of the holder of the purchase and the number of the order that was made. If the purchase is not picked up by the customer within 10 business days, they will be returned to the Bonoboss warehouse.

Purchases made after 3:00 p.m. on a business day are taken as made the next business day.

You can withdraw a third party, as long as it is authorized by writing with name and rut to the email of ventas@bonoboss.cl which will contact the store to indicate authorization or by presenting a simple power of attorney at the time of withdrawal, indicating the owner's data of the purchase and its number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In addition to the right of legal guarantee and the right of withdrawal indicated in our Terms and Conditions , Bonoboss grants a special benefit to its clients consisting of the possibility of changing a product, without expression of cause.

The exchange benefit may be exercised as long as it is about products that do not present faults or deficiencies to which the Legal Guarantee applies, and as long as the product is new and unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

To exercise this benefit, the customer must present the product, along with their receipt or purchase invoice, at a Bonoboss point of sale (Drugstore Gallery in Providencia). In the case of products purchased on promotion, the delivery of all of them will be required, without prejudice to the fact that the change is made only with respect to one of them.

The associated shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Merchandise received after 30 days will be subject to evaluation by the Bonoboss.cl team.
