Returns & Exchanges:

You can manage exchanges and returns at Bonoboss.reversso.cl. You must have your 6-digit order number. If you do not want to send the product, you must make the request in that link and then take it to the store in person. Please note that returns or exchanges are not automatic and are subject to product availability.

Please note that when making changes you will have to pay for the costs of shipping the product to our store and the cost of shipping from the store to your address.

In the case of returns or guarantees, you must also pay the shipping costs as appropriate.

You have 30 days to request a refund exclusively if your purchase was made online. For in-person purchases there is no refund but you can exchange the product.

Guarantee:

You have a 6-month warranty exclusively for manufacturing defects. To do this you can request your guarantee at Bonoboss.reversso.cl

Technical Service and Glass Change:

Write to us on our WhatsApp by clicking here to inquire about spare parts and changing glass. You can change the lenses of any old frame you have to avoid buying a new one, whatever brand they are!
