Can I change or return my products?

Most stores offer money returns within a period of no more than 10 days from when you receive the products.

At Bonoboss we know that it can often be difficult to ship the product in such a short time, which is why we created our happiness policy, because we want your experience at Bonoboss to be excellent and that you be happy with our service. What does it consist of?

• For national or international shipments, if you buy online at Bonoboss.com, you have a maximum period of 30 days (from the date of issuance of the receipt) to send us the product and request a change of product or refund of your money, without that we put obstacles or ask questions as long as the product is in optimal conditions.

You only have to make the request by writing to us at spv@bonoboss.cl and our team will be in charge of helping you. Cool or nah?
