Shipping

All shipments are handled to DHL, Fedex Express or Post Office.

We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $149.00

Your customs may charge additional import duties or local taxes which are not covered inside our prices. Each customer shall pay the local taxes or import duties corresponding to his local custom policies and governmental laws.

All orders are usually delivered between 5 and 14 business days.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All shipping fees related to exchanges and returns are responsibility of the customer. And all the information within our Terms and Conditions.

Customers will have 30 days to fill up this form and ask for a return. And 90 days to make exchanges.

Exchanges and returns will always be accepted for non used products. Your product must come with all the original accessories and properly packed. Bonoboss will not cover broken products warranties and spare parts should be covered by the customers.

If there are manufacturing problems free spare parts will be shipped to the customer as long he pays for the shipping cost.
